These arch earrings feature an imprint made from a real plant, honouring natures intricate beauty.
Each piece of jewellery is handmade from scratch right here in my home studio. My process is very intuitive and I like to let the materials speak for them selves. In some cases the pieces I make may have irregularities, but they are part of the design. I like to leave the pieces somewhat raw in order to showcase the organic feel of the designs.
SHIPPING
All pieces will be shipped as soon as possible, but absolutely within 3-5 days. If you need your item faster, please let us know and we are happy to find a solution.
PACKAGING
All Umlaut pieces come lovingly packaged in a hand-stamped box or envelope. Whenever possible I source the packaging from local companies, re-use materials and always recycle.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 21 days of receiving your item.
If a piece is damaged by no fault of the customer (e.g. broken solder
joint), Umlaut will replace within the first 60 days of purchase.
All return shipping is done at the expense of the customer. We strongly recommend using the original box packaging to avoid damage in transit.

When not wearing your sterling silver jewellery store it in a felt lined jewellery box or bag to keep it away from moisture that will cause oxidation.
Use a polishing cloth to keep your jewellery sparkling like new.
